Privacy Policy
Plain answers about what we hold, where it came from, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Last updated: August 8, 2026
Trigger Radius LLC is an Indiana company that mails postcards for contractors. This policy covers four different groups of people, and only one of them is our customer. We have tried to write it so you can find yourself in it quickly.
1. Who this policy covers
Four groups of people have information in our systems. (1) Contractors who buy campaigns — our actual customers. (2) Homeowners who receive a postcard. You never signed up for anything; your address was selected by geography, and we explain below exactly how. (3) Homeowners who respond by calling the number or scanning the code on a postcard. (4) The homeowner whose completed job started a campaign — a contractor enters that job's street address so we can mail the surrounding neighborhood, and that street may be referenced on the postcard.
2. Where postcard addresses come from
This is the question most people arrive here to ask. We license residential address data from a third-party address-data provider. We request addresses by geography only — a latitude, a longitude, and a radius around a completed job. We never search for a person, and we never ask the provider who lives anywhere. We do not buy, receive, or store the names of residents: occupant information is discarded at the point our system ingests the data, before anything is saved. What we store for each address is the street address, city, state, ZIP, its map coordinates, how far it sits from the job site, and the delivery status of the piece we mailed.
3. How to stop receiving our mail
Email barrett@triggerradius.com or call (463) 218-2991 with the street address and ZIP code, and we will add it to our do-not-mail list. That list is checked every time we build a mailing list, it applies across every contractor who uses us — not just the one whose postcard you received — and if a campaign for your area has been built but has not yet gone to the printer, we remove your address from that campaign too. Once pieces are with the printer they cannot be recalled, so you may still receive one already in transit.
4. What contractors give us
When a contractor creates an account we receive their name, email address, and business details through our authentication provider, along with a business phone number used to forward tracking calls. Payment is handled entirely by our payment processor — we never receive or store full card numbers. Our records keep only the card brand and last four digits so a statement can identify a transaction.
5. What we collect when you call or scan
Each campaign has its own tracking phone number and its own QR code, which is how a contractor can tell that a call came from their postcard. If you call that number we record the phone number you called from, along with the time and length of the call, and the call is connected to the contractor's real business line. If you scan the code we record the time of the scan and the type of browser used. If you fill in the contact form we record what you type — typically your name, phone number, and a short message — and pass it to that contractor so they can get back to you. We do not store IP addresses anywhere in our systems.
6. Who else handles this information
We use outside providers to run the service, and each receives only what it needs: an authentication provider for contractor accounts; a cloud database provider that stores our records; an address-data provider for the geographic address lists described above; mapping services to place a job address and draw the delivery map; a payment processor for checkout and billing; a telephony provider for tracking numbers and call forwarding; a print-and-mail provider that receives the mailing addresses and the postcard artwork; and an email provider for service messages. We do not sell personal information, and we do not license or pass it on for anyone else's marketing.
7. How long we keep things
We are being straightforward rather than aspirational here: we currently retain records indefinitely, and we have no automated deletion. Closing a contractor account deactivates it rather than erasing its history, because campaign and payment records are the basis of our own books. If you want information about you removed, contact us using the details below and we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot remove and why.
8. Children
This service is sold to businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
