Before your campaign is approved for printing, yes — you get a full refund minus a $35 cancellation fee, which covers the address list and tracking number already bought for you. Once it is approved and goes to print, payments are final, because physical mail cannot be recalled. An unpaid draft can simply be abandoned and costs you nothing.
