How do I start a campaign?

Enter the address of a job you just finished. We build the list of the nearest qualifying single-family homes, you pick a postcard design and edit the wording, and once you approve it we print and mail. Most campaigns are set up in under five minutes.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Each campaign is a one-time $999 purchase around a job you've already finished. There's no subscription, no minimum, and nothing renews — you buy another campaign when you have another job worth marketing.

How do you decide which homes get a postcard?

We start with a half-mile radius around your job and widen it until we've found the number of qualifying single-family homes you ordered. Apartments and commercial addresses are excluded. You see the exact map and the exact count before anything prints.

How do I know the campaign actually worked?

Accepted Answer

Every campaign gets its own tracking phone number and its own QR code. Calls, scans, and form submissions are attributed to that specific mailing and show up in your dashboard, so you're not guessing which marketing made the phone ring.

How long until the postcards land?

Accepted Answer

They enter the mail within about two business days of your approval, and typically arrive four to seven days after that. Delivery timing is ultimately the postal service's, and we show you each piece's status as it's confirmed.

What if there aren't enough homes near my job?

Accepted Answer

In rural or spread-out areas we widen the search radius up to a limit. If there still aren't enough qualifying homes, the campaign runs at full price with the homes that exist — you're buying a campaign around your job site, not a guaranteed piece count. We tell you the final number before printing.

Can I change the wording on the postcard?

Yes. You pick from designs built for your trade and edit the headline, body, and offer line. Layout and branding stay fixed so the card keeps working — and nothing goes to print until you've approved the exact proof.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Before your campaign is approved for printing you get a full refund minus a $35 cancellation fee, which covers the address list and tracking number already bought for you. Once it's approved and printing, payments are final — physical mail can't be recalled.

Do you guarantee I'll get calls?

Accepted Answer

No, and be skeptical of anyone who does. We guarantee the mailing: your postcards get printed and delivered to the homes nearest your job, and every call and scan is tracked. What those homeowners do next depends on them and on your offer.

What if a homeowner asks to stop receiving mail?

Accepted Answer

They email or call us and we add their address to a do-not-mail list that's checked every time we build a mailing list — across every contractor who uses us, not just yours. If a campaign has been built but hasn't gone to the printer, we pull them from that one too.
