Which texts we send, who gets them, and how to stop them.

Last updated: September 29, 2026

This page describes the text messages Trigger Radius LLC sends, who receives them, and how to stop them. In short: we text only people who hold an account with us, who gave us their own mobile number, and who opted in. We never text the homeowners on a postcard mailing list. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

1. Who we text

We text account holders only — the contractor who bought a campaign, and any team member they have added to that account — and only where that person has entered their own mobile number in our app and ticked the opt-in box. No other list can receive a text from us. We do not text homeowners. The households that receive one of our postcards are selected by geography from licensed address data; we never hold a phone number against a mailing address, and no part of our system sends a text to one. Where a homeowner's phone number does reach us — because they rang a campaign's tracking number, or typed it into a contractor's contact form — it is recorded as a lead and passed to that contractor so they can call back. We do not text it, and we do not add it to any messaging list.

2. The three kinds of message we send

Every text we send falls into one of three categories, and all three are about your own account and your own campaigns. We do not send marketing, promotional, or sweepstakes messages by text. 1. Campaign updates. Two per campaign: one when your postcards are approved and go to the printer, and one when the postal service reports them delivered. For example: "Trigger Radius: your postcards for 123 Main St are on their way to the printer" followed by a link to that campaign in your dashboard. 2. Missed-call alerts. Each campaign gets its own tracking phone number. When someone rings it and the call is not answered, we text you so you can call back. For example: "Trigger Radius: missed call from (317) 555-0134 — someone near 123 Main St rang your postcard number. Call them back" followed by a link to your leads. 3. Account reactivation. If your account was suspended and is then reactivated, you get one message telling you your account and your texts are back on. For example: "Trigger Radius: your account is reactivated. Texts about your campaigns and missed calls are back on … reply STOP to stop." Separately, replying HELP to any of our messages returns an automatic reply naming us and telling you how to reach us and how to stop.

3. How you opt in

Consent is opt-in and the box is never pre-ticked. You give a mobile number and agree to the wording below in one of two places: while setting up your account, or at any time afterwards on the notification settings page in your account. The wording you agree to is: "I agree to receive text messages from Trigger Radius at this number about my campaigns (sent to print, delivered), missed calls to my tracking number, and my account being reactivated after a suspension. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help." Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can buy and run campaigns without ever giving us a mobile number, and nothing about the service changes if you do not opt in: every event we would have texted about still appears in your dashboard, and by email where you have chosen that. We keep a record of each time consent is given and each time it is withdrawn, holding the number, the exact wording that was on screen, and the date and time.

4. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Our texts follow your own activity rather than a schedule: a month with no campaign running brings none, and an active campaign typically brings two updates plus one alert for each missed call on its tracking number. We do not send a recurring newsletter or any other scheduled message by text. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for text messages; your mobile carrier may charge you for receiving them, according to your own plan.

5. How to stop, and how to get help

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop texting that number. We also accept STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT. The opt-out is honoured twice over: your carrier blocks further messages on its side, and on ours the STOP withdraws every consent held against that number, across every account it appears on — so it cannot be quietly switched back on somewhere else. Reply HELP for help. Reply HELP or INFO to any message and you will get an automatic reply naming us, saying what we text about, and giving our contact address. You can also switch texts off at any time on the notification settings page in your account, without sending a message. Opting out of texts does not affect your campaigns, your billing, your dashboard, or anything else about your account. If you cannot get an opt-out to work, email barrett@triggerradius.com and we will remove the number by hand.

6. Your number and your consent are not shared

Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not sell mobile numbers, we do not license them, we do not trade them, and we do not pass them to anyone else so that they can market to you. The only parties that see your number in the course of sending you a message are Twilio, the telephony provider that carries the message on our behalf, and your own mobile carrier, which delivers it.

7. Delivery is not guaranteed

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, your plan, and your handset, and we cannot guarantee that any particular message arrives. That is why every event we text about is also recorded in your dashboard, which is the authoritative record of what happened to your campaigns.

8. What we log and how long we keep it

Two records exist. Each grant and each withdrawal of consent is written to a permanent entry holding the mobile number, the exact wording that was agreed to, and the time — kept for four years, the usual window for a claim under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, then deleted automatically. Separately, each message we send is logged with the number it went to, which event it was about, whether the provider accepted it, and which consent record it was sent under. How we handle personal information generally, and which providers process it, is set out in our Privacy Policy at triggerradius.com/legal/privacy.
